Cartoon be questioned?
I was wondering if anyone knew a program that could help me create characters and scenery for a cartoon? I toonboom and the problem I have with it is drawing real characters. I also have Photoshop and without stylus and the board is simply too difficult to draw the characters I like. Programs that create characters and backgrounds even exist? Free is great, but I am ready to spend some money on a "good" program. I do not want to make anything too impressive, just a pastime hobby. I "Heard" programs that can take pictures and turn them real cartoon and I also "heard" programs that can guide you through the steps of creating a character. If you know of any please list all. Thank you! 10 points
Hello, if you have Photoshop then that will turn photos into "drawings". But I draw my characters and backgrounds in the traditional way then scan them into Photoshop and color above. see: http://www3.nfb.ca/ http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-draw-a-cartoon-man Animation / objanim / en / technical / Animation aspects technical-Hope these inspire. There's tons of stuff there!

Any ideas for the project was the foundation of art based on the theme of travel and transportation?
My project topic Summer is travel and transportation, Ive got to produce a sketchbook of research designs. Clearly drawing shapes transport like cars boads escalators are the basis and starting point, but I look for something deeper or development of ideas. Ive also gotta make a special pen carrier, it should be visible stimulus. The pencil must be part of the design, but its shape can be changed. Help very for thoughts appreciated stock.
I suppose everyone will consider making a pencil in a car or spaceship, skis, or witch a broom. I think the problem is to find something fresh. Here is a video I thought it was interesting, but I confess it seems it would be a challenge to think about what you can do to make this design will be on transportation. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_mqy9M0GjmCY/SbrD4vtPqQI/ AAAAAAAAADE/dTSnZBgc_tQ/s400/funny + Pencil + art.jpg

Settelment insurance claim?
My husband was in a car accident last March and after a long process established by us have received a significant demand. This was to pay for medical expenses and future treatment of his injuries. Should we report this to the IRS $, when we do our taxes this year?
Non-punitive damages and other amounts received for personal injuries are excluded from taxable income. (IRC Section 104 (a) (2).) Punitive damages are taxable, even if they relate to physical injury.

Is it possible for me to learn how to draw cartoons well enough to illustrate a children's book?
I am 33 years old. Are people Artists born or can I learn. If I can learn, How long will it take. What are good books. If you look at my blog you will see some of my "works" Is there hope for me my blog is www.thefrugalteacher.net
It can certainly be learned, I am a product of this ^ _ ^ Looking at the few pictures you have there you need to improve basic shapes and lighting. Spend some time studying linear perspective and the establishment of nature dead always easy to practice your form and shading. It may even be as simple as spray paint a little box and balls white and light with a lamp. Get some brown paper and WHTI and black chalk, conte or charcoal. Try to get the point of view and the general forms right, then use white and black push and pull the paper shades for a look round. Rare images you think I want to work chalk, pastels or story that they have a beautiful range of soft colors, but can still work very pleasant noise level. To improve your cartoon, you can also start copying cartoons television or books for children. Try to copy them to the eye a few times and the use of tracing paper to copy basic shapes. The more you can visualize things like boxes and spheres instead of squares and circles The contest will be yours.
