Would you consider the STI or Evo magnet Cop?

My brother is buying a new car soon and it is deciding to STI 2005 or 2003 Evo VIII, and he plans to make small changes (exhaust, wheels, etc.) but he is skeptical about getting or the other because fears that the cars could attract the attention too much and it will always cops it when it is sterile and it is still kind of young .. 21.

I drive a 2007 STi, and it is completely stock except intake modification. I've never been arrested. I drive the speed limit, and certainly not have changes in aid. I am 19 years old, a woman, and I've never been tailed by the cops. Now, here, on the other hand, my boyfriend leads a modified 2006 Honda S2000. On the exhaust, trunk lid and carbon fiber hood, intake and a front lip about it. He was intercepted twice. It leads also slower than me. LOL. If he does the speed limit and keep the mods legal, it should be allowed. Tell him not to get excited about this STi is a beast! But it's quite fun to learn on the highway!
