How do I know which path to choose art?

Im a 19yrs old self-taught artist and I have no idea where to go from here. I enjoy working with traditional and digital media. I love drawing ideas and then work in depth on ideas that I see a potential I also tend to attract more modern works of fantasy and I really enjoy drawing cars, especially just Quick sketch cars and concepts cool design. So this is what I do artistically, but if someone could lead me in the right direction, I be grateful. I need to know if I should continue to illustrate, Free-Lance, Fine Arts or what? I would really like to work for a video game company, art design and making concepts. What should I go Schools, art schools are still needed? Is it acceptable not to have an MA in Art? Please, I need all the advice i can get, preferably someone who has already gone through one of these paths. Thank you.

No, but someone needs credentials to obtain employment. A graduate asserts that the individual meets certain goals and requirements from an accredited university. A person without a diploma and a portfolio could very well get a job, but chances are the individual outweigh the degree I'm not trying to say here that a diploma is a qualification to be an artist. Nearby, I know people with degrees that I would not hire if I was able to hire. But the system now called the room of lamb with a college name and seal. There are two universities that I know who seem to have an approach very art practice education.that you can write to the record. They will not be cheap. Memphis School of Design in Memphis, Tennessee, Georgia and.The Art Insitute. Both offer a wide range of approach arts.from applied arts to industrial design, graphics, fine arts and cross-overs that you might find between these different disciplines. They will send packets with very nice information. In the past they have included DVD, which they produced in schools using their own facilities, about schools and what they offer. I do not want to promote a school I attended any of these. And there are other universities out there. But it all comes down to you. You must do research, see what is there that interests you. Arm yourself with information to be able to make that decision in life. It is your life. Your choice. Win, lose or draw, it will be a learning experience anyway keep that in mind in whatever decisions you make.
